Numbers

Numbers identify a specific phone line allowing you to communicate with your customers using Voice and SMS.

Numbers can be purchased, assigned, and released using the sidebar in the Ytel Application. If a specific number is needed, you may request one through the Ytel Application. Our numbers follow the E.164 formatting profile used worldwide.

Number Sets can be used to group numbers together for easier management, distribution of phone calls and SMS messages, and keyword routing.
