Manage your account balance notifications.

To set up, complete the following fields:

1. Notification Email: Email address to send the email notification to.
2. Low Balance Threshold: The account balance dollar amount to trigger the notification.
3. Notification Phone Number: Phone number to send SMS notifications.
4. Consent Checkbox: Review the terms and conditions and check if agreed to.
