The Ytel API uses REST architectural protocols with standard HTTP response codes, JWT bearer token authentication, and resource verbs. There are two main APIs available:

CPaaS API
The CPaaS API is the primary API containing resources to work with the Ytel platform. -
CCaaS API
The CCaaS API consists of two APIs giving you access to interface resources.-
Agent API
The Agent API is a collection of API calls used to interact with Ytel’s Contact Center System allowing you to interact with and modify a specific agent’s interface in real-time. -
Non-Agent API
The Non-Agent API, similar to the Agent API, allows you to interact with Ytel’s Contact Center System, however, it isn’t agent specific.

Agent API
Event-driven webhooks are also available for sending data from Ytel to your application. Webhook payload formats can be easily structured within the Ytel application allowing for flexibility in how your application receives Ytel data.
