Live List Agents

Ytel Live Lists allow you to generate a queue of contacts that require timely action by a defined list of users. Contacts are added to Live Lists through your workflows.

In this view, you’ll find the following features:

1. Live List: Create a new Live List.
2. Show Columns: Show and hide columns displayed in your live list view.
3. Export: Export your Live List to CSV.
4. Row Actions: Delete a Live List.
