Agent Time Sheet

This report displays agent time performance on both a summary and detailed view.

Agent Time Sheet Report (click to expand)

The report contains the following elements:

  1. Start Date: Start date for the data to display in the report.
  2. End Date: End date for the data to display in the report.
  3. Agent: Agent(s) you’d like to report on.
  4. Submit: Runs the report using the criteria you've entered.
  5. Show Columns: Show and hide columns displayed in your report.
  6. Export: Export your report data to CSV.

The following metrics are summarized at the top of the report and includes call counts and averages:

  • Available
  • Dialing
  • Inbound
  • Offline
  • Outbound
