Agent Time Sheet
This report displays agent time performance on both a summary and detailed view.

The report contains the following elements:
- Start Date: Start date for the data to display in the report.
- End Date: End date for the data to display in the report.
- Agent: Agent(s) you’d like to report on.
- Submit: Runs the report using the criteria you've entered.
- Show Columns: Show and hide columns displayed in your report.
- Export: Export your report data to CSV.
The following metrics are summarized at the top of the report and includes call counts and averages:
- Available
- Dialing
- Inbound
- Offline
- Outbound
