Agent Status Details

Similar to the Agent Performance Report, this report shows agent counts.

The report contains the following elements:

1. Start Date: Start date for the data to display in the report.
2. End Date: End date for the data to display in the report.
3. Agent: Agent(s) you’d like to report on.
4. Submit: Runs the report using the criteria you've entered.
5. Show Columns: Show and hide columns in your report view.
6. Export: Export your report data to CSV.
