Assets

Ytel provides the capability for all customers to upload and create assets for use in the Ytel platform. These assets can include, InboundXML, Audio files, or Images.

Asset Life Cycle

Ytel will keep your assets as long as your account is open and remains in good standing. If you require us to bulk delete items, please reach out to support.

1. Audio files from our previous interface are located in a slightly different location.
2. Select which type of asset you would like to manage or create.
3. Delete an asset or copy an asset URL for use.
