Attributes

Attributes can be thought of as fields for your contacts. Default attributes are automatically included and custom attributes can be created to store additional custom information specific to your business. You’ll find the following default attributes included in the Ytel Application such as:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email
• Address
• City
• State
• Zip
• Country
• Notes
• External Contact Id

1. Attribute: Use the attribute button to add your own custom metadata attributes. Custom attributes can be designated as read-only or editable on the contact user interface.
2. Show Columns: Show and hide columns in your contact attributes view.
3. Export: Export your list of attributes to CSV.
