Sends an OTP (One Time Password) message to an end consumer. The source phone number for this is a short code owned by Ytel. The response will include the generated otp number.

Must specify either contactId or to for the destination phone number.

The length field (default 6) is an optional field to determine the number of characters in the OTP message.

By default the end user will receive a message that looks like:

Your one time password is 123456

A different message can be requested by working with your Ytel representative.
