Returns back some basic aggregate statistics for events that have happened between the provided start and end times. If these are not provided it will default to the last hour with data aggregated into buckets by minute.
Each bucket of results will contain the following:
timeMs: Beginning of the time period for the bucket in epoch millis
callsDialed: Number of phone calls that were initiated
outboundCallsStarted: Number of outbound calls that connected
inboundCallsStarted: Number of inbound calls that connected
callsCompleted: Number of calls that finished
inboundSms: Number of inbound sms messages received
outboundSms: Number of outbound sms messages sent
