YCC WebRTC Update

WebRTC has been updated inside the Agent interface and includes support for Chrome 87, Safari and iOS.
Safari SupportWhen using Safari inside the YCC Agent interface, you will not hear the voice prompt notifying you that you are connected. Your connection cues will happen visually inside the interface.
Please provide feedback on your experience if you utilize Safari inside the Agent interface.
