March Product Update

We released a change to web phone to add the ability to forward a web phone to a SIP extension. This was something we had in Inbound Routing, but did not expose in the web phone.

Customer need to place the following into their call forwarding on the settings section:
SIP:
Phone Number
@
IP Address

SIP:[email protected]

Timeouts on Web phone
We released a change to web phone to add the ability to control the timeout on how long a web phone rings before it is forwarded to the next action. This setting allows you to set a time between 5-60 seconds.

Billing ACH
We added validation to the ACH form to not allow for more then 22 characters in the Account holder address. This was something that was causing new ACH accounts to error out.

Emails
Release an update to work with our Email providers APIs to resume sending of payment notifications to customers for low funds, out of funds and funded accounts.

DNC
Added a logic update to STOP messages to include the use case of "STOP " which captures a common change we are seeing with carriers phone where they place a space after the word stop.

Workflow
Updated the ability to delete both inbound and outbound workflows at the same time
