HIPAA compliance

Hi there,

I would like to understand where Ytel stands with regards to being used by a healthcare company. Specifically, are you HIPAA-compliant and will you sign a BAA?

If not, do you operate under HIPAA's carrier exemption, are all/some of your services completely pass-through? For example, would users be able to transmit PHI via SMS in a compliant way where there's no one between the sender and recipient that would be able to see it? In another example, if we implement call recording can we designate directly saving to a HIPAA-compliant storage solution (AWS S3) and completely avoiding saving the file directly on your platform (for as short as it might be)?

Thanks in advance,
Brian
