Nodes are the building block of Ytel's Workflows. Each node serves a unique purpose and is described below.
Randomly splits users down a workflow by weight.
Pauses a workflow until an event happens or a timeout occurs. If a condition matches at the time the node is first evaluated, it will not wait.
Evaluates conditions to decide which path to follow. If there are multiple conditions that match, the first condition that matches will be used. If no condition is matched, the default path will be used.
Modifies and adds text to an image for use with a future SMS node.
Pauses a workflow for a period of time.
Makes an outbound phone call.
Starts a new workflow. This will carry forward any variables used by this campaign.
Saves a value from a campaign, a fixed value, and/or clears a value from a contact.
Webhook node allows you to make requests and send data to an external application. You can create new webhooks in the Webhooks Section
Placeholder node to end a workflow. Typically used with branching nodes like condition or percentage nodes to designate one path as doing nothing.
The computation node allows you to create new variables on the workflow by using variables stored on the contact or variables passed into the workflow.
