In order to send emails through Ytel, you will need to first verify your email. The reason for this is to ensure the security of your identity and your data. This article is provided to guide you in verifying your email.
- Login to your Ytel Account
- Go to Settings on the top right of the screen and from the drop down, choose Configure Email
- If you see the error “Email account activation is pending!. Please click here to setup your Email Account.”. Please go ahead and click on ‘here’ and follow the steps to verify your login email first. It will ask you for information regarding location, and identity. This information will be embedded in your email messages’s footer if you initiate APIs straight from the portal. During this verification, you will receive an email to your login email requesting that you click to verify that the email belongs to you.
- Once your email has been verified, you can use your login email as the sender with the API Calls. If you would like to add additional emails, you can do so by clicking the Add button under Configure Email and follow the same steps.
