Routes

Routes are outbound paths that can occur when a call or SMS comes into one of your numbers.

As an example, if an SMS comes in, you can forward it to another number or even to an email. If a call comes in you can redirect to an outside line.

1. A listing of all routes within the tracking feature.
2. A route can be defined as a phone number or an email and clicking into the email or number will open up a route configuration panel.
